Introduction
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between the fictitious company Sedia (hereinafter “we”, “us”, or “Sedia”) and any person or entity placing an order via our website www.sedia.biz (hereinafter “you”, “your”, or “client”). By placing an order, you accept these conditions without reservation. Please note that Sedia is a practice enterprise (PE) created as part of the ESC in Bienne and does not actually deliver the ordered products.
1. Purpose
These general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) establish the terms under which Sedia markets its products for training purposes. The company does not primarily aim to make a profit. Sedia offers a selection of products from the catalog of its parent company, Allemand Frère SA, located at Route de Soleure 138, 2504 Biel/Bienne.
2. Orders
2.1 Order Process
All orders must be placed online via our website or by email at info@sedia.biz. An order confirmation email, including a summary of the ordered items, will be sent to the email address provided when placing the order.
2.2 Product Availability
Our product offers and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the website, subject to availability. In case of unavailability of a product after your order has been placed, we will inform you by email.
3. Prices
3.1 Product Prices
The prices of the products are indicated in Swiss francs (CHF) and include all applicable taxes. Delivery costs are extra and will be specified before the order is confirmed. For international deliveries, the delivery costs will be communicated later in the invoice.
3.2 Price Changes
Sedia reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time the order is recorded.
4. Payment
4.1 Payment Method
Payment for orders is made exclusively by Swiss QR invoice (payment via HELCOBANK) received after order confirmation at the indicated email address.
4.2 Payment Terms
Invoices must be paid within 30 days from the invoice date. A discount of 2% is granted for payments made within 10 days from the invoice date.
5. Delivery
5.1 Delivery Area
We deliver in Switzerland and to the commercial partners of the Helvartis network. Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on availability and logistical constraints.
5.2 Delivery Terms
Products are delivered to the delivery address provided when placing the order. In case of absence, a delivery notice will be left, allowing you to collect your package according to the conditions specified on the notice.
6. Intellectual Property
All elements of the Sedia website are and remain the intellectual and exclusive property of Sedia. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, redistribute, or use in any way, even partially, elements of the site, whether software, visual, or audio.
7. Applicable Law
These GTC are subject to Swiss law. In case of dispute, the courts of Sedia’s registered office shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
